Cinnamon Sugar Apple Chips via Diethood

Cut off the ends of the apples and core out the middle if desired before thinly slicing them into 1/8-inch rounds. Sprinkle both sides with cinnamon and sugar. Line a microwave-safe plate with parchment paper and lay slices out in a single layer. Microwave for five minutes or until the edges begin to curl up. Flip each slice and microwave for another 30 seconds or until the edges are crisp. Remove from the microwave and let stand for 10 minutes. Repeat this process over again until all slices are cooked.
